TollNet a.s. specialises in the development, supply and support of information systems and other products for electronic toll collection, electronic highway vignettes and utilities (energy and gas). As part of our business, we implement large-scale projects, such as the new electronic toll system in the Czech Republic.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at our Prague office. This is an employment relationship; our preference is full-time work, but there is the possibility of a part-time job on agreement.

Job description:

• Testing, implementation and support of IT solutions with regard to supporting the operation of IT systems with special requirements for performance and reliability
• Close cooperation with IT systems specialists for problem-solving (at the laboratory, or at the customer’s in the Czech Republic and abroad)
• Analysis and processing of registered error states of systems and customer requirements

We require:

• University / college education, specialisation on information technology or engineering
• Experience in technical support on customer projects
• Communication, analytical and decision-making skills
• Independence
• Customer-oriented approach
• IT overview
• Knowledge of English (at least passive)
• Time flexibility, willingness to travel
